About the role

As a Miller, you will play a crucial role in the production of our high-quality food products, contributing to the overall success of the company.
What you'll be doing
Operate and maintain milling equipment to convert raw materials into finished products
Monitor and adjust milling processes to ensure consistent product quality




Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of milling equipment
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills
Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production workplace, preferably in the food industry
Robust mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
