This role requires you to provide tailored care including personal support within the residential home.ResponsibilitiesPersonal care – showering, grooming, toileting etcProvide life engagementSupport residents with levels of dementiaRecognise, report and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents within your skills and competenciesQualifications & RequirementsHave a genuine passion for serving elderly people & want to make a difference in their livesBe adaptable and able to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekendsValue teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiativeHave knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needsApplicants with Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care would be viewed favourablyBenefitsMarket leading remunerationSalary packaging; $15,900 annually for living expenses,
