We are seeking an energetic Education Counsellor to join our Adelaide Team.
Major ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed set sales targets and conversion rates, proactively converting inquiries into sales while identifying and removing barriers to conversion in coordination with the team.Provide an exceptional, client-centric level of service across phone, email, and office visits — helping prospective clients understand our services, identifying solutions to fit their needs, and building robust ongoing relationships.Act as an advocate for clients, educating them on our services, setting and meeting expectations as per PFEC guidelines,



and following up proactively with all existing and potential clients.Achieve and maintain a high application conversion rate, following up regularly with providers to obtain application outcomes on time.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, and scholarships, and stay abreast of industry news to help keep PFEC Global an industry leader.Support the marketing team with insights and market trends.Maintain smooth counsellor and sales-support operations, completing administrative tasks efficiently and creating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.Attend meetings on time, comply with all company procedures and policies, and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor is preferred (Not mandatory)Freshers are also encouraged to apply.A background from the South Asian subcontinent will be an added advantage.
