About the Role
We're looking for adetail‐focused Quality Controllerto join our Painted Door division.
This role is ideal for someone with akeen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work confidently in a fast‐paced, repetitive production environment.
You'll be responsible for ensuring every painted door meets our quality standards before it leaves the factory.
This is hands‐on work that requires consistency, patience, and pride in delivering a flawless finish.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect painted doors for defects, imperfections, colour consistency, and finish quality
Identify issues and communicate clearly with the production team
Maintain accurate quality records and follow established QC processes
Work safely and efficiently in a factory workplace
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
What We're Looking For




Exceptional attention to detail – you notice the small things others miss
Steady, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual work
Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or similar environments is beneficial but not essential
