An exciting chance has become available for an enthusiastic and organisedAdministration Assistantto join our administration team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position offers a varied role provides support across the day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Supporting the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include the following:
Processing new and used vehicle deals from sale through to delivery
Processing daily floorplan vehicle payouts
Preparing and completing daily bank reconciliations
Reconciling corporate credit card transactions
Processing daily banking and balancing receipts
Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Other general administration duties as required.
Skills and experience
Previous automotive dealership experience is desirable but not essential.
This is a diverse position suited to someone who enjoys administration, has excellent attention to detail and is looking to build a long-term career within a successful automotive dealership.
The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and enjoy working in a team environment.
You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Experience usingPentana ERAor similar dealership software would be advantageous.
