Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, you will oversee multiple project managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role
Lead and mentor Project Managers and construction teams.
Oversee project delivery from contract award through to practical completion.
Manage project programming, procurement, budgets, and financial performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Drive planning and early procurement of long lead-time materials.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, quality systems, and company procedures.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
Support business growth through continuous improvement and leadership.




About You
Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction.
Proven experience managing multiple commercial building projects.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent commercial, contractual, and financial acumen.
Sound understanding of Australian building standards and WHS requirements.
Highly organised with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative leader with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
