About the Prospect
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead our fantastic team of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses and administrative team members at our Ochre practice in Lancefield VIC.
Location: Ochre Medical CentreLancefield
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure the Practice provides best practice primary health care to the community
Ensure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers,



and community organisations
Develop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainability
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3 – 5+ years' experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)
Experience in financial management and reporting processes
Valuable working knowledge of the Medicare Schedule
Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
Ability to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractors
Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
