About the Role:

Deliver friendly and pfofessional customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Maintain cleanliness of the floor and bar.
set up and transparent tables promptly.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
work as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
What we're looking for:
previous hopitality experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Availability to work evenings,



weekends and public holidays.
Current RSA Certificate
