We are currently taking expressions of interest for a full‐time Food & Beverage Manager to lead the outlets at the newly redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort in Coral Bay.
Active recruitment will commence in January , with an expected start date of April .ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the Food & Beverage team, ensuring service excellence across all outlets.Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus, promotions, and guest experiences.Manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, and cost control.Oversee compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.Train, roster, and develop staff to maintain high standards.Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.Prepare detailed management reports on outlet performance.QualificationsProven leadership experience in F&B; management within hotels, resorts, or restaurants.Robust knowledge of F&B; operations, regulatory compliance, and customer service.Experience supervising,
