We are currently looking for a motivatedJunior / Graduate Draftspersonto join our collaborative team inUnanderra, NSW (Wollongong region).
This is a full-time, office-based role where you will receive extensiveon-the-job trainingon the specialized software and design methodologies we utilize.
The Opportunity & Salary
Position:Junior / Graduate Draftsperson
Salary:$70,000 - $80,000 per annum + Superannuation (dependent on experience)
Location:Unanderra, NSW (Wollongong) - Must be local or genuinely willing to relocate.
Training:Comprehensive on-the-job software and systems training provided.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
To be considered for this role, candidatesmustmeet the following criteria:
Citizenship:Must be anAustralian Citizen(minimum requirement).
Security Clearance:Hold a current, activeAustralian Defence Baseline Clearance(or heavily preferred/sharply prioritized).




Experience:A minimum of1 to 2 yearsof practical engineering drafting experience.
Relocation:Must be living locally or completely willing to relocate to the Wollongong/Unanderra region.
What You'll Bring
A qualification in engineering drafting, engineering design, or a related technical discipline.
Basic proficiency in standard CAD/drafting software platforms.
An ability to interpret basic technical drawings, layouts, and sketches.
Engineering Curiosity:A strong willingness to learn recent software platforms on the job.
Solid communication skills and a practical, proactive mindset to work alongside multi-disciplinary engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
Producing and updating accurate technical drawings, general arrangements, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Learning and mastering new, cutting-edge industrial design and structural software platforms through our structured on-the-job training program.
Collaborating with clients, engineers, and project designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes on time.
Ensuring all drafting work aligns with project scopes, guidelines, and Australian Standards.
