Role Description
We're looking for a motivated In-House Mortgage Broker to join our team.
This is a fantastic chance for someone looking to kick-start their mortgage broking career and gain hands-on experience in a supportive workplace.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients and assess their lending needs.
Recommend suitable loan products.
Prepare and submit loan applications.
Liaise with lenders and clients throughout the approval process.
Maintain accurate compliance and documentation.
Build robust client relationships.
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (completed or currently studying).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, motivated, and eager to learn.
Previous experience in banking, finance, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not essential.
