The Role:
ParaQuad Tasmania is a registered NDIS Provider for Consumables, through PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies.
As the NDIS Administration Officer you will be responsible for managing participant's NDIS Service Agreements as related to their approved consumables budget.
You will develop and manage relationships with Plan Managers and Support Coordinators on behalf of the Association.
You will be both strategic and hands-on across our NDIS service offerings.
To excel in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience managing NDIS Participant Service Agreements
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations for positive outcomes
Experience using CRMs and data to guide operational decisions




The ability to effectively manage risk and issues arising in the course of service delivery in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
The ability to build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and attract new participants.
The ability to attend, organise and facilitate external events to raise awareness of the Association's NDIS offerings
A passion for creating meaningful impact in the disability sector
Adaptable and versatile in approach to work
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Requirements:
· Current driver's licence
· Current National Police Check
· Current Working with Vulnerable People Check
· Ability to undertake regular intrastate travel
