About the role
We are a fully accredited Private Day Hospital located in Salisbury South
The successful applicant will work within our high performing and friendly team and at times autonomously, reporting to the Administration Manager.
Key Duties
Admitting patients for procedures / consultations
Telephone enquiries
Liaising with patients regarding pre-admission documentation
Scheduling consultation appointments and day hospital procedures
Daily reporting and scanning
Organising correspondence
Undertaking other reception and administrative functions as required.
About you:
Candidates must hold Australian or NZ Citizenship or the capacity to permanently work in Australia.
Ideally you should have:




A minimum of 2 years' experience in medical facility
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer literacy
Proven, solid organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of FYDO or similar patient platform will be highly regarded
Knowledge of health fund / Medicare eligibilities is desirable
The ability to use initiative and work unsupervised using sound judgement
The ability to prioritise responsibilities and meet deadlines
A proven ability to work independently, within a team, or in a cooperative relationship
A pro-active and positive approach is essential
