The Role
We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.
Your work will be varied and exciting.
One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event.
The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home.
Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
What We're Looking For
Have Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
Have experience in high care, mental health, trauma‐informed care, or behaviours of concern
Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
Have a full and clean Australian driver's license and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
Possess positive communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently
Remain calm and skilled in challenging situations
Additional Requirements
Must have the right to live and work in Australia
International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
