About the Role:
As Workshop Controller, you will oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate workflow, and lead a team of technicians and apprentices.
Your leadership will ensure our service department runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workshop activities, including work allocation and scheduling.
Supervise technical staff and ensure effective use of their time.
Liaise with customers to diagnose issues and provide service options.
Prioritise breakdowns and urgent repairs.
Oversee warranty claims, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.




Develop and monitor departmental training.
Maintain product and service knowledge to support team and customer needs.
