About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Assistants to join our fantastic team at Kids Academy Early Learning Centre in Forrestfield, WA.
This is a part-time role that offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children in our care.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for the children
Ensuring a protected, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
Communicating effectively with parents/guardians, school staff and the broader community
Supervising and supporting a team of OSHC Assistants
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the OSHC program
What we're looking for
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar OSHC or childcare role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Enthusiasm,



creativity and a genuine passion for working with children
Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check
