Peoplebank are recruiting for a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to work onsite at their education sector client based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide (45min south of the CBD).
This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract, but with a very robust chance to go permanent after the initial contract period.

Indeed, we are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable IT Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff at a vibrant educational institution.
This will be both face to support and also via phone/email.
You'll ensure seamless access to ICT systems, troubleshoot a variety of tech issues, and keep operations running smoothly in both a lively school setting and during planned project periods.
Your expertise will support vibrant learning experiences and empower their community to innovate and excel.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly,
qualified approachExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skills, to handle multiple requests effectivelyAttention to detail and the ability to document processes accuratelyFamiliarity with ticketing systems and prioritizing tasks based on SLAsKnowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
Nice To Have Skills
Prior experience in an ICT support role, in the education (school) sector, is highly advantageousTertiary qualifications in a related IT fieldITIL Foundation certificate (or equivalent)Ability to work proactively on projects during school holidaysValid Working with Children Check (can be organised prior to commencement)
