About the Role
Cavpower is currently seeking a
dedicated individual to join as a Despatch Coordinator at the
state-of-the-art Parts Centre at Gepps Cross.
Offering unique
schedules to suit different preferences.
Responsibilities of the
role include
Despatch / Outgoing freight
Creating and maintaining operational procedures for all
outgoing logistic tasks
Housekeeping and other duties as required
Leading a small team to prioritise workloads
Charging of freight
Ensuring correct completion of documentation and filing of
all data
Scheduling of lock up roster
Participating in Contamination Control and Quality
Assurance procedures within the warehouse
Skills &
Experience
Certificate in Warehousing or similar
Experience with Caterpillar is desired but not
essential
Valid driver's license
Valid forklift license
Overhead crane experience and or ticket
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Solid interpersonal and communication skills to liaise
effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, adapting
to changing priorities and working efficiently under
pressure
