Role: MANUFACTURER ANZSCO code: Postcode: Benefits Full time, salaried position, 38 hours per week, 5 days/week.
Annual Salary: $80k + Superannuation.
Task & responsibilities Spotting growth opportunities within the pasta manufacturing market, designing current production methods and determining the range of pasta products to be produced Formulating business strategies and executing procedures across operations, sales, workforce management and product pricing Investigating and applying legislative and regulatory obligations relevant to food manufacturing operations and environmental compliance Directing the activities of production lines, storage facilities, distribution channels and other operational departments Establishing and upholding quality assurance standards across pasta production, waste management, delivery logistics and related procedures Managing procurement of raw ingredients, packaging materials and equipment, and coordinating product packaging,



dispatch and wholesale distribution Overseeing after-sales support and customer service coordination Reviewing and approving quotations for custom or specialised pasta products and negotiating supply contracts with wholesale and retail customers Designing and monitoring production run schedules to meet order volumes and delivery timelines Qualification & experience Qualification requirement: A relevant Bachelor Degree.
At least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Work experience requirement: The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of full time work experience as a manufacturer.
