The Role – Team Member
As aTeam Member, you'll be the face of Schnitz Robina, making sure every customer has a great dining experience.
This is a hands-on role where you'll rotate across different sections of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service– greeting guests, taking orders, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
Food Preparation– assisting with cooking, salads, and assembling meals according to Schnitz standards.
Kitchen Operations– supporting pan-cooking, fryers,



and food handling safely and hygienically.
Restaurant Cleanliness– maintaining a clean and safe environment (dining area, kitchen, equipment).
Teamwork– working closely with other Team Members and Team Leaders to keep shifts running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Previous hospitality or retail experience (preferred, but not essential).
Must be reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player.
