This is a fixed full-time position, and we are currently hiringtwo team membersfor our6:00am – 2:30pmshift andone team memberfor our8:00am – 4:30pmshift.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms
Scheduling customer quotations and jobs for The Grout Guy team
Providing customers with clear guidance throughout The Grout Guy service process
Managing and adjusting schedules efficiently, often within tight timeframes




Working with Salesforce and other internal systems to maintain accurate records
Thriving in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Previous scheduling, coordination, and/or administration experience
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure
A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a reliable, dependable approach
Confidence using computer systems and learning current software platforms
