An exciting opportunity is available for you to join as aGrain Receival Coordinator.
This position supports the Grain Receival Team Leader in managing all aspects of grain receival operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and accurate documentation throughout storage and handling processes.
The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining grain integrity, coordinating receivals, and supporting efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily grain receival operations, including testing and sampling.
Support protection and quality control of stored grain.
Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of products.
Coordinate grain receivals with transport providers and grain buyers.
Liaise with delivery drivers and external storage providers.
Operate weighbridge functions including weighing general freight vehicles.
Monitor and maintain external storage facilities.
Identify and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
Assist in managing non-conforming product risks.
Support compliance with company policies, procedures,



and safety standards.
Safety Responsibilities
Follow all Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Promote a solid safety culture and protected work practices.
Identify hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
Complete all required training and inductions.
