We're looking for a reliable and proactiveBack Office IT Support Officerto provide internal technical support and help keep our business systems running smoothly.

About the Role
As part of our internal IT team, you'll provide day-to-day support for employees, maintain hardware and software, manage user accounts, and assist with IT projects.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our technology is secure, efficient, and available to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide internal IT support to office staff across the business.
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Install, update, and maintain business software and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Assist with network, server, and cloud-based services.
Maintain IT asset registers and equipment inventory.
Support data backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery processes.




Document IT procedures and maintain accurate support records.
Assist with technology upgrades and implementation projects.
About You
Experience in an internal IT support or systems support role.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
IT qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable but not essential.
