Wilpena Pound Resort within the G'day Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver breakfast and dinner across buffet and à la carte offerings.
You will join a team-oriented kitchen team, mentoring juniors and working closely with Front of House to ensure guest satisfaction in a unique Outback setting.
Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking are required; HACCP and solid food hygiene practices are essential.
A current Driver's license and First Aid certification are advantageous.
