We are seeking a compassionate and reliable MaleSupport Workerto provide person-centred support to a participant based in Box Hill, NSW.
The ideal candidate will have a calm and patient demeanour, strong communication skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality support that promotes independence, dignity, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide personal care in a respectful and skilled manner.

· Implement positive support strategies for participants with complex behavioural support needs.
· Build a positive, trusting relationship with the participant.
· Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
· Follow all participant support plans, organisational policies, and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
· Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
· Calm, patient, and professional approach.
· Current driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Current First Aid and CPR certification.
· Valid Working with Children Check
