Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experiencedMachine Shop Supervisor / Leading Handto lead our machining team and help drive the next stage of our business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring a team of machinists and apprentices.
Planning and coordinating daily workshop activities.
Operating and overseeing horizontal borers, vertical borers and CNC equipment.
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Driving continuous improvement and developing workshop processes.
About You
You will have:




Trade qualification as a Machinist.
Experience with horizontal and vertical boring.
Previous leadership or Leading Hand experience.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining practices.
A proactive attitude with a focus on quality and teamwork.
