We currently seek a Business Development Manager with experience in solution selling, to be part of our exciting growth strategy for the Mackay region.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Working closely with the Sales Manager to develop a strategic sales plan.
• Generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Account manage your portfolio and ensure that our customers are receiving premium service.
• Work closely with head office staff to ensure continuous customer service excellence.
To be successful in this role you need:
• Positive experience in solution selling of fuel and lubricants products.




• Good communication and written skills.
• A proactive attitude to safety.
• Demonstrate building a strong pipeline.
• Develop creative ideas and strategies in sales planning and forecasting.
• The ability to identify and capture current business opportunities within existing customers.
