Profile
Essential requirements:
Qualified Accountant
Experience with payroll, finance systems and financial analysis
Robust all-round finance experience (payroll, AP, AR, reporting)
Experience in process improvement and system implementation
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on *
Solid knowledge of compliance, payroll legislation, and GST
High attention to detail and analytical capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience in aged care or regulated environments
