About the Role
Lead and deliver a portfolio of building and civil infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction and handover.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources to ensure successful project outcomes and compliance with the City's Project Management Framework.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, community groups and elected members through effective communication and reporting
Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to project staff while fostering a culture of teamwork,



continuous improvement and high performance.
Role Requirements
Extensive experience managing major building, construction and civil infrastructure projects, including contract administration and procurement processes.
Highly developed project management, financial management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and risks.
Robust stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence and Construction Industry White Card; tertiary qualifications in construction or project management will be highly regarded.
