We have an immediate need for a doctor that are interested in working in a dedicated medicinal cannabis clinic in Vermont South – Victoria.

There is an existing patient base.

GPs do not need to be an Authorised Prescriber or have experience in prescribing cannabis.

If you are interested, the practice can handle training including the authorisation process and face to face in-clinic training with an experienced prescriber.

Initially the role will be a couple of sessions per week that could build as demand grows.

This could suit a doctor that is working as a GP and they would like to do something different for a couple of sessions per week.

The clinics are mostly face-to-face (not telehealth)



and patients require a referral and/or health summaries from their regular GP and no drug seekers are tolerated.

Initial consults are $160 (level C rebate) and follow ups are $85 (level b rebate).

Remuneration:
Guarantee (6 months)- $180
Percentage – 70%

Essential Requirement: FRACGP and current AHPRA registration,
