We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects, Interior Fit and Refurb projects located across Adelaide from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from commencement through to completion, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the hotel refurbishment project.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
Develop and manage project programmes and budgets.




Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures.
Monitor project costs, variations, and procurement.
Maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks.
Conduct regular site meetings and report on project progress.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
Previous experience delivering hotel, hospitality, refurbishment, fit-out, or large commercial projects.
Robust understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software and procore
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
