Harcourts Premium Group is seeking an experienced and motivatedBDM / Property Managerto drive portfolio growth and deliver outstanding service to our landlords and tenants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand, work with a supportive leadership team, and play a key role in creating and expanding our Property Management division.
About the Role:
This position combines business development with hands-on property management.
You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, securing new managements, and ensuring our clients receive industry-leading service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the rental portfolio
Manage the onboarding of new landlords and properties
Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong retention
Conduct rental appraisals and prepare proposals
Oversee routine property management duties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and lease renewals
Ensure compliance with legislation and Harcourts processes
Build robust relationships with referral partners and the local community




Represent the Harcourts brand with professionalism and integrity
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 2 years experience in property management and/or business development within real estate
A proactive, energetic and relationship-driven approach
Robust communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Current Property Management Licence (SA)
Confidence in using real estate software
A passion for growth, service and building long-term relationships
