We are expanding our Adelaide Operations team and are looking for organised, high-energyWorkflow Coordinatorsto own our end-to-end property valuation process.

What You'll Do
As the central point of contact, you will keep our business moving:
Master the Workflow:Accept, register, and manage current valuation instructions with high accuracy.
Smart Scheduling:Optimise value calendars to create effective inspection runs while coordinating with clients.
Customer Excellence:Handle daily calls and emails, providing proactive updates and resolving issues.
Collaborative Support:Partner closely with a supportive team under the guidance of our Team Leader.
Who You Are




Experience:Property industry experience is highly desirable.
A background in office administration and customer service is preferred.
Superb Skills:Medium-to-fast typing speed and exceptional communication skills.
The Mindset:A resilient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under tight deadlines.
