The Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding Operations Lead to join our team based in the Adelaide branch.
The role has responsibility for the entire operational program from receipting in of product, implementation of the QMS (OQE) process, inventory management, delivery & put away of product on customer site and overall customer service/relationships.
Facilitate client continuous improvement programs through review of data and customer needs then delivering recommendations that can be presented to the client.
This is a highly cooperative role working with:
ATOM Warehouse, Customer Warehouse, ATOM Site Facilitators, ATOMic Team, ATOM Sales Team, Suppliers and Customer Stakeholders.
Support with necessary reporting to ATOM and Customer to fulfil the QMS/OQE requirements of the contract.
