About the Role
We are seekingskilled and motivated Compounding Techniciansto join our growing compounding team.
Opportunities are available for technicians with experience in:
Non-sterile compounding
These roles are available on afull-time basis.
Compounding Technician – Non-Sterile
As a Compounding Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation of high-quality compounded medicines in a controlled laboratory workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Sterile Compounding Duties (where applicable):
Preparation of non-sterile dosage forms including creams, capsules, suspensions, and other formulations
Accurate weighing, measuring, and formulation following compounding worksheets
Equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration
Stock management of raw materials and consumables
Compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures




This role suits individuals who valueprecision, consistency, and patient safety, and who enjoy working in a structured, quality-driven setting.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Full working rights in Australia
Previous experience innon-sterile compounding, laboratory, or pharmacy settings (highly desirable)
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to follow procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
A proactive mindset with openness to learning and process improvement
