At Marland Mushrooms we produce premium quality mushrooms to supply to major supermarkets from our state-of-the-art facility in Stapylton (Brisbane - Gold Coast Corridor).
We work as a team to ensure that our quality standards are maintained in a compliant and secure environment.
About the role
Commencing immediately, where possible, this role sees you working in a small group supporting our harvest teams to maximise efficiency within the mushroom growing rooms.
You will be required to move boxes of varying weights regularly, so a valuable level of physical fitness is required.
Assist with unloading product from the conveyor belt and growing rooms.
Support mushroom pickers by handling and transporting loaded boxes as required.
Move loaded trolleys from different growing rooms.
Complete paperwork before weigh line operation starts each day.
Stack pallets and chill pallets.
Tare weight of the boxes
Ensure that product is always being scanned and processed.
You must have the flexibility to work at least one day on each weekend.
A current Forklift Licence is highly regarded.
Own reliable transport is essential.
Full training in a supportive environment is provided to all current candidates along with weekly pay.
