This role is responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and support of the SYSPRO ERP setting, including user account management, access control, and system security.
The administrator monitors system performance, handles backups and data integrity checks, and coordinates software updates, patches, and integrations with other business systems.




They support end users by resolving SYSPRO-related issues, training team members on system functionality, and documenting procedures and best practices.
The role also collaborates with operations, finance, and IT to improve workflows, optimize reporting, and ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs.QualificationsStrong SYSPRO ERP administration skills, including configuration, user management, and security.Proficiency in database concepts, data integrity, and basic SQL for queries and troubleshooting.Experience with system performance monitoring, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and software updates.Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical ERP configurations and reports.Effective communication and training skills to support and guide end users across departments.Solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and process improvement.Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments and inventory, finance, and production workflows is beneficial.Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
