Our client is seeking a part time Trust Accountant to cover some annual leave from16 Sept - 19th Oct (inclusive) for approximately 15 hours per week.
About the Role
- Manage daily trust accounting functions
- Reconcile trust accounts and process payments
- Ensure compliance with trust accounting legislation
- Support the property management team with trust-related queries
About You
- Previous trust accounting experience in residential real estate
- Strong knowledge of trust accounting compliance and procedures
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
