We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Production / Kitchen Hand to join our busy production team. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment and is looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities to grow.
As our business continues to grow, we've upskilled several of our team members into Production Team Member roles, creating an opportunity for someone new to join us. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have a strong work ethic, there's room to progress within the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Packing fresh and frozen pasta products ready for delivery to customers across WA
- Assisting with food preparation and supporting the production team throughout the day
- Working alongside the team on production lines to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Working together as a team at the end of each day to clean down equipment and prepare the production area for the next shift
- Contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production workplace is preferred but not essential
- Reliability is essential, we need someone we can count on
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and quality
- A team player with a great work ethic
- Physically fit and capable of lifting items
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Respectful and able to work positively within a diverse and multicultural team environment
- An understanding that teamwork, communication, and respect for others are essential to our workplace culture
- Someone looking for a long-term position who wants to grow with the business
The Role:
- Casual position
- Monday to Friday
- Early starts from 7:00am
- Busy, hands-on workplace
