You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring we are delivering an exceptional high level of customer service. The role requires you to have a friendly, polished approach, and is ideal for someone who is people orientated with a positive outlook.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person or by phone to determine the customer’s needs
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
- Greet customers entering the reception area in a qualified and friendly manner
- Conduct regular routine administrative functions and provide general clerical support
- Ensure reception area is clean, secure and well maintained
- Ensure that clients using our waiting areas are comfortable and attended to
- Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times
Skills & Experience
- Customer service and administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent personal presentation and friendly demeanour
- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, software and telephone systems
