Your Role

As aSupport Worker at Edel Quinn , you will play a key role in empowering individuals experiencing homelessness on their path to stable housing. You will assist with client intake, assessments, and daily operations, ensuring each client receives the tailored care and support they need to thrive. Your Responsibility

- Supporting clients with day-to-day needs in line with their case plans
- Assisting with intakes, assessments, and smooth exits from the service
- Helping manage accommodation services including meal prep and room checks
- Working alongside case workers to support group activities and referrals
- Advocating for clients and helping them access essential services
- Keeping accurate, skilled records and maintaining a safe, clean space
- Ensuring WHS standards are upheld at all times

You Will Need

- Available to work a rotating roster covering days, overnights and weekends, although not every week some flexibility required.
- A Certificate qualification in a relevant field or current tertiary studies
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence to work both independently and within a team




- Good judgement and calm approach in challenging situations
- A current first aid certificate
- A respectful, ethical and non-judgemental approach
- An understanding of WHS and risk management principles
