ABOUT THE ROLE

In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
- Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
- Delivery of excellent customer service experiences accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas
- Shifts range from 7.00am to 4.00am 7 days a week

REQUIREMENTS





- Must be willing to work in outdoor smoking areas
- Previous customer service experience
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential or willing to obtain
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
- Excellent personal presentation
