Qualifications & Experience

Strong customer service skills are a must!

Previous dental assistant experience is preferred. Qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.

Ability to build rapport with patients and ensure a comfortable, positive experience.

Chair-side assistance : Supporting the dentist during patient procedures.

Instrument processing : Ensuring sterilisation and preparation for each patient.

Admin tasks : Assisting with scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient records.

Building relationships : Developing long-term connections with new and existing patients to foster trust and loyalty.
