About The Role

We are currently seeking multiple passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis, servicing locations in and around Penrith and Blacktown.

- Support customers in developing skills and maintaining independence in the community.
- Provide respectful, person-centred personal care and daily living tasks, including domestic duties.
- Use manual handling techniques and equipment safely and confidently.
- Build positive, empowering relationships that help customers achieve their goals.
- Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.

Here’s what will help you shine in this role:

- Experience supporting customers in a community setting.
- Confident and comfortable driving a 12-seater van.




- Comfortable with personal care and supporting participation in activities such as gym sessions.
- Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities, including working with complex behaviours and behavioural support plans.
- Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting people to live life their way.
