About the Position
Join one of Australia's most iconic wine destinations in a flexible bookkeeping role, working alongside a supportive finance team in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
Seppeltsfield Estate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent chance for a bookkeeping professional who enjoys working in a dynamic business environment, with the opportunity to work up to 23 hours per week on a flexible roster, based at the historic Seppeltsfield Estate.
Working closely with our finance team,
you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration across a multi-entity business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily bank reconciliations and transaction recording
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- End‑of‑month reconciliations
- Supporting accurate financial reporting and record keeping
- Assisting with finance administration across multiple business entities
- BAS preparation
About You
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within a multi-entity environment
- Strong experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Wine Industry experience preferred
