Cleaner/Support Worker - Immediate start Pure care Adelaide Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

Pure Care Adelaide is seeking experienced and reliable applicants to join our team for personal care and domestic cleaning roles across Metropolitan Adelaide.

In this role, you will provide high-quality in-home support to NDIS participants, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and thorough domestic cleaning. Daily tasks may include:

Assistance with personal hygiene (showering, bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing/undressing)

Toileting and continence support

Meal preparation, cooking assistance, and support with eating/drinking

Medication reminders and prompts (as per care plans)

Mobility support and safe transfers (bed to chair, wheelchair use, etc.)

Skin care and basic wound observation (reporting concerns to supervisors)

Assistance with shopping and household errands

Assistance with community and social inclusion

Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of floors

Dusting and wiping down surfaces and furniture

Bathroom and kitchen cleaning (sinks, showers, toilets, benchtops, ovens, etc.)

Waste removal and general tidying

Interior window cleaning and other light household duties

All cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided by Pure Care Adelaide or the client, there is no need for you to purchase or supply your own.

Team members have the flexibility to choose as much or as little work as they like, depending on availability and client needs.

Key Requirements:

- Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

- Proven experience in a similar personal care or domestic cleaning role

- First Aid Certificate & CPR

- Manual Handling Certificate

- Your own reliable vehicle (essential)

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence,

- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- NDIS worker orientation module

- Working with Children Check (highly recommended)

- Passport and/or birth certificate (proof of Australian citizenship or permanent residency)

Certifications Required:

- Certificate III or above in Individual Support (Disability/Ageing) or equivalent
