Quality Coordinator
- Located in Griffith
- Part time, Permanent position – 3 days per week

What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of the quality program within the homes allocated.This is a local service leadership role that requires skills in mentoring and education, communication, and computer literacy.
Your care work may include
- Monitor andcoordinatethe adherence to the home'saudit scheduleasguidedby theQualitySpecialist.
- Ensure monthly audit tools arecompleted as delegated by theservicemanager.
- Provide assistance, relevant explanation sheets, and advice to staff when delegating audits for completion.
- Conduct interviews as per the programguidelinesandpopulatethe dataintothe online system.
- Emailsthe onlinesurveys to the targeted polling groups as directed.Monitorcompletion rates and whenrequiredusealternate methods the close the gap.
- Supports the accuracy in the populating of the NACMQIP data for each governmentsubmission.
- Collate all audit and clinical indicator results.

- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.

- Above-award pay rates (up to $54.19 per hour) and maximum allowable salary packaging to pay less tax (additional $18,550 tax-free plus regional perks plus parking)

Who we’re looking for
- You’ll have previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector.
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
- You’ll be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
- You’ll hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
