What This Role Involves

We are looking for a part-time Administration Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of our offices. Reporting to the Facility, Fleet and Administration Manager, you will work collaboratively across Centacare NENW locations to provide administration, reception, facilities, fleet, and WHS support.

You will be client-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to maintaining protected, functional, and welcoming environments that support program delivery.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver front of house services, including greeting visitors and managing enquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate mail, correspondence, and office supplies
- Assist with client intake and direct enquiries to relevant programs
- Support fleet coordination, including vehicle bookings and records
- Assist with site-specific WHS compliance, inspections, and emergency procedures
- Coordinate facilities upkeep, repairs, and contractor liaison
- Maintain accurate administrative and asset-related records

- Qualifications in Business Administration, or relevant experience in lieu
- Experience in reception, front of house, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience with databases or client management systems
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

- Understanding of WHS legislation and risk processes
- Knowledge of HICAPS, Medicare billing, and referrals
- Experience with fleet or facilities coordination
- Experience liaising with contractors and service providers
