Caring Circle Support Network is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our close-knit team. This vital frontline role involves supporting one of our female participants to live independently, feel empowered, and reach her personal goals.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll:

- Provide complex personal care, manual handling and support with daily living tasks

- Assist with meal preparation, household duties, and medication prompts

- Support community access, transport, and participation in recreational activities

- Encourage social connection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth

- Help maintain routines and promote independence in a secure, respectful environment

- Collaborate with families, professionals, and the broader support team

- Document progress and changes in wellbeing clearly and accurately

What You'll Need





- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)

- A reliable vehicle and full driver's license

- Must have experience with Complex personal care, manual handling and mental health support

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care

- Available at least 10-15 hours per week, Mornings and Evenings

- Ability to complete accurate timesheets and progress notes

Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or similar (Preferred)

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal care, manual handling and medication administration is required

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Driver's licence and access to a reliable, full comprehensive insured vehicle
