About the Role

Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) have an exciting opportunity for reliable and motivated Food Process Workers to join our team based in Dry Creek.

This role will see you working onsite with one of Australia's most diverse and well-known food manufacturing companies, supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced bakery environment.

This role plays an integral part in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Shifts Available over 7 days roster.

- Morning shift
- Day Shift
- Afternoon Shift
- Night shift

Key Responsibilities

- Assist on production lines within a bakery manufacturing environment.
- Pack, sort and prepare baked goods for distribution.
- Monitor product quality and consistency to meet company standards.
- Operate basic bakery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with strict food safety requirements.
- Undertake manual handling and repetitive tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve daily production targets.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing or bakery environments (highly regarded).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
- Strong reliability and punctuality.




- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
